Fine workmanship
Our premium quality assurance comes from our strict control of every aspect of mass production. We have a dedicated team responsible for every step during bulk stuffed toy manufacturing. Each batch of finished products is required to carry out a series of inspections before final packing, which includes fur brushing, cleaning, needle detection, shaping, and tensile tests. After these works are all done. our QC team will arrange the final inspection (AQL 2.5) before shipping out.
